I have had the pleasure of ordering from these guys a few times now. Sadly I haven't been able to visit the store yet but plan to visit next time I'm in Quebec (with a spare suitcase to carry all the goodies I'll no doubt be buying!). Jeff and John are incredibly helpful both by email and on the phone - the website, product selection and shipping quality is second to none. Highly recommend.

I ordered 4 model cars from nicecar and had them shipped to Vancouver Island. They were packed and prepared on the same day and shipped the next day. They arrived in an amazing 4 business days!!!!! The cars were very well packed and arrived with no damage at all! Great experience, will definitely order from them again!

I've bought many models from Nicecar Diecast online (haven't been lucky enough to visit in person) and the service has been absolutely top notch. Jeff has always answered emails helpfully, and when I've had an issue with something they really did go above and beyond my expectations to help. Rare to get such great service these days, I only buy from them from now on.

I bought an Auto world 1:18 where the hood wouldn’t close properly. I discussed this situation with them and with no issue they replaced the car with the good one. They even double checked before they shipped it out to see if everything closed and opened properly. This is customer service!! And their inventory when I visited is awesome!! Great team Nicecar!
